Who Are We
Added Advantage Academy facilitators are experts in their chosen fields of end-user training. Each facilitator brings real business experience and vast computer knowledge that lets them successfully motivate and realise a high level of learning.

Our courses range from Introduction to Advanced level and include the following:
Personal Touch Computing was established in 1992. Its main focus was on-site delivery of desktop training to corporate clients. In 1996 Added Advantage was established, to provide small group training to the SME client base of Global Z-Data and Moores Rowland. In 2000 Personal Touch Computing and Added Advantage merged in order to deliver end-user training and a more seamless service to their customers.
Added Advantage has been growing from strength to strength as a preferred service provider for many organisations.

High Standard of Training
Added Advantage Academy strives to provide a high standard of training where the focus is on personalised training and a high retention of learning. We achieve this by keeping our training classes to a maximum of 10 learners. Formative Assessments are completed at the end of each section and a final assessment is completed by participants at the end of the training. Formative Assessments are carried out during the course attended. Summative Assessments are done every Friday.
Accredited Courses Aligned with Unit Standards
We are fully accredited with MICT SETA. We currently offer short courses which are aligned with the unit standards and are part of the National Certificate for Information Technology: End User Computing. Learners can receive recognized certification at Added Advantage Academy. This certification enables, learners to accumulate credits towards a learnership or other qualifications.
Trainers are registered facilitators and assessors.
Our training material aligned to SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority) unit standards. The training material is either created by Added Advantage or purchased from an accredited courseware provider. Trainers are registered facilitators and assessors.
